About Us
Technology Based Solutions
(TBS) has had a single purpose mission for thirty years and that
is to provide Technology Based Solutions for individuals who are

We have identified three major targets and 5 Transition
Scenarios for each target Group.
 
In addition we have developed 20 Technology Based Resources that
are designed to lower the barriers for anyone in the above
transition scenarios. The resources are also applicable for
serving the private sector and the general community at large.
Many groups are providing these on a "Fee For Service" basis.

was formerly the education and counseling arm of PDI, the largest
provider of job screening, counseling and training to private
industry. TBS offered special content and lower prices to
educational facilities. |

Research |

Almost
all of the TBS content has extensive research behind and has withstood
court challenges and close scrutiny. It is estimated that over
2,000,000 employees have gone through a TBS program. |
